This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. C.K. Sasi, Advocate on 16th July, 2015 against the judgment and Order dated 17.10.2014 and 17.06.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in C.R.P. No. 657 of 2007 and R.P. No. 372 of 2015 respectively.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Special leave petitions filed against the Order dated 17.6.2015 is within time but there is a delay of 182 days in filing the Special Leave Petitions against the Order dated 17.10.2014 and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an applications for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 7143 of 2015(Main SLP(C) No. 8361 of 2015) entitled G. CHANDRAMOHAN Vs. DEENAMMA @ ELIKUTTY & ORS arising out of same judgment dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 13/03/2015 (Copy of the same is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 23.07.2015 stating therein that all the relevant orders and Exhibits necessary has already been filed and the order dated 26.2.1999 and 22.12.2000 mentioned in list of dates and exhibits mentioned in impugned judgment are not necessary for the disposal of the SLP. Hence requested to register the SLP at his own risk (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 23.07.2015 has been

annexed at Page No. 96 of the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The application in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
