" Shri Hegde, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to serve the notice on Union of India through the Central Agency.

Call the matter in the month of November, 2013.

Permission is granted to both the parties to file additional documents, if any, in the meantime."

"List the matters for hearing on a nonmiscellaneous day in the month of April, 2015."

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents (Common in all SLPs) and in view of this Court's order dated 01.05.2013 notice was issued on 15.5.2013 to the Union of India i.e. Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) Nos. 98959896 and 9898 of 2013 and Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) Nos. 36392 of 2011 and in SLP (C) No. 9897 of 2013. Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra, Advocate for the petitioner has on 15.7.2013 filed affidavit/proof of service stating therein that notice to Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) Nos. 98959896 and 9898 of 2013 and Respondent No. 1 in SLP

(C) Nos. 36392 of 2011 and SLP (C) No. 9897 of 2013 i.e (Union of India) has been served through Central Agency, but no appearance has been filed on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. S.K. Suri, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) Nos. 98959896 and 9898 of 2013 and Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) Nos. 36392 of 2011 and SLP (C) No. 9897 of 2013 has on 12.8.2013 filed counter affidavit (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that no additional documents have been filed by the parties in all the SLPs so far.

The matters abovementioned were again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07th October, 2015 , when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List for hearig on a nonmiscellaneous day in the month of January, 2016"

Service of show cause notice is complete in all SLPs.
