UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

After Shri Pinaki Mishra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners made his submissions, Shri K.Radhakrishnan, learned senior counsel appearing for the Union of India made a request for an adjourmnent by saying that he will get in touch with the seniormost officer of the Department of Civil Aviation and, if necessary, file an affidavit within two weeks.

Although, repeated opportunities have been given to the Union of India in last one year to file its affidavit, which has not been filed by it, we deem it proper to accept the request of Shri K.Radhakrishnan. For further arguments, the case be listed on 22.07.2013.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 may also file affidavits within 10 days.
