The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30th December, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition Nos. 29453, 29455, 29474, 29499, 29556, 30168, 30674, 30688, 30692, 31445, 31551, 31640, 31652, 31677, 31692, 32020, 32246, 32255, 32578 and 32584 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that an application for condonation of delay has been filed as there is delay of 89 days in filing the Special Leave Petitions.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 2015-2016 of 2015 arising out of common order was listed before Hon'ble Court on 27th January, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to direct issue notice, returnable in eight weeks. Now, the matters are to be listed before Registrar's Court on 17th September, 2015.( A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 27th January, 2015 is enclosed herewith)

It is further submitted that counsel for the Petitioners has on 11th August, 2015 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents and the same is included in paper-books.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
