It is submitted that office report on default in the matters abovementioned were listed before Hon'ble JudgeinChamber on 24.08.2016, when the following order was passed.

"Two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for effecting service on the unserved sole respondent in SLP(C) Nos. 489, 490, 493 and 494 of 2015."

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not complied with the order and still not taken any fresh steps to serve the unserved sole respondent in SLP (C) Nos. 489, 490, 493 and 494 of 2015 so far.

Hence, the Office Report on Default in the matters abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.
