The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.07.2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice.

The impugned award passed by the court below shall remain stayed to the extent of 50%."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 22.08.2013. Mr. H. Chandra Sekhar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed Counter Affidavit, so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

Thereafter, the matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar

on 01.07.2014, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"What gets revealed from the perusal of the Office Report is that although by Order dated 11.2.2014 of this Court the learned counsel for the sole respondent was given last opportunity for filing the counter affidavit, yet he has not done the needful so far. Therefore no further opportunity is warranted to be given to him by this Court on that count taking into consideration the rule position. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules."

In view of the above said order, the matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
