The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment so as to enable him to place on the record of this case synopsis of the evidence depicting that the recovery of the body was at the instance of the accused and not in the manner adjudicated upon by the High Court.
Prayer is allowed. Needful be done within one week. Post for hearing on 18.07.2016."
It is submitted that pursuant to this Court's Order quoted above, Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate has on 11.07.2016 filed synopsis of exhibit/depositions on recovery of of body/jewelery at the instance of accused persons but the same is not supported with an affidavit. However, copy of the same is being circulated herewith for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that there is delay of 29 days in filing special leave petition and is accompanied by an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.
The application in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
