Mr. Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, has invited our attention to the written submissions filed by the University of Allahabad adverting to certain factual matters, which were not part of the pleadings.
In that case, the concerned respondent(s) must state the factual position on affidavit, to be filed within two weeks from today, and thereafter, one week's time is granted to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.
