On hearing learned counsel qua the issue of recruitment process of 2018, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment.
The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed.
We may however, say that the mandate of this Court in Writ Petition [C] No.183/2013 dated 24.04.2017 should continue to be maintained so that every endeavour is made that the vacancies are filled in at the earliest and if there are longer hiatus periods and people lose the opportunity for appearing in the examination, age relaxation is an aspect which may be examined in the wisdom of the respondent.
Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
