What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is that by order dated 14.11.2014 of the Hon'ble Court, Mr.Rajan Narain, Ld.advocate accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. By the same order the Ld. counsel was given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit but he has failed to file the same. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.
