The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th August, 2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Permission to file the special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice."

Accordingly Show Cause Notice was issued to all the seven Respondents by registered post A.D. on 10.9.2014.

M/s. Abhisth Kumar and Sarad Kumar Singhania, Advocates have filed their Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 and 3 to 7. Counsel for the Respondent No. 3 to 7 has also filed counter affidavit and the same has already been included with the paper books.

An unserved registered cover containing the Show Cause Notice in respect of Respondent No.2 with the postal remarks "Dead" Counsel for the petitioner has filed the requisite application and deletion the name of Respondent No.2 and the same has been registered as Crl. M.P. No. 5594 of 2015.

The application of deletion the name of Respondent No.2 is therefore deleted before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers with this office report.
