Order dated 03.11.2022 may be read as follows:

"Issue notice, returnable in three weeks.

In the meantime, there will be stay of further proceedings pursuant to the order passed in O.P. No.21/2019 and O.P. No. 28/2019 before the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission at Hyderabad, subject to the petitioner depositing the amount to be arrived at by calculating the tariff @ Rs.2.70 per unit within a period of three weeks from today.

Needless to say, the payment made will be subject to the result of the appeal."
