Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent no. 1 to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent nos. 3 to 6, 8 to 10, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report, notice issued to respondent no. 7 could not be served and returned back undelivered with postal remarks "insufficient address". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars and take fresh steps in respect of the above said respondent within a period of two weeks for the service of notice to him.
