The matters above mentioned have been filed by Mr. Zoheb Hossain, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioners against the final Judgment and Order dated 03.08.2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Crl. R.C. Nos. 822 and 226 of 2016.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 26254 of 2015 filed against order dated 26.03.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 1632 of 2014 is pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of the order dated 26.03.2015 is Annexed as Annexure P36 at Page Nos. 254 to 277.

It is further submitted that Mr. Zoheb Hossain, Advocate has on 26.09.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents along with additional documents and the same has been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 1589615897 of 2016. Copy of same is being circulated herewith.

The matter above mentioned is, therefore, listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
