UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In obedience to the order dated 1.8.2016 passed by this Court, the appellant placed a sealed cover before this Court containing the result of the written examination wherein the respondents herein have participated, and the same be taken on record. 2 From the report it appears that the respondents qualified in the written examination and became eligible for interview. In the circumstances, the Registry is directed to keep the sealed cover containing the result alongwith the compliance report in safe custody during the pendency of the instant appeal. In view of the above mentioned result of the written examination, we also deem it appropriate to permit the appellant to conduct the interview for the respondents in these appeals and make assessment of their suitability for appointment and submit the assessment report in a sealed cover to this Court within a period of five weeks.
