The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

SLP (C) NOS. 19370 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 24th September, 2015 was issued to both the Respondents through Speed Post on 20th August, 2015. Tracking Report of the Postal Department shows that the show cause notice has been delivered to both the Respondents on 26th August, 2015 and 21st August, 2015 respectively, but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 19371 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 24th September, 2015 was issued to both the Respondents through Speed Post on 20th August, 2015. Tracking Report of the Postal Department shows that the show cause notice has been delivered to both the Respondents on 24th August, 2015 and 25th August, 2015 respectively, but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 19386 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 24th September, 2015 was issued to the sole Respondent through Speed Post on 20th August, 2015. Tracking Report of the Postal Department shows that the show cause notice has been delivered to sole Respondent on 22nd August, 2015 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 19384 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 24th September, 2015 was issued to both the Respondents through Speed Post on 20th August, 2015. Tracking Report of the Postal Department shows that the show cause notice has been delivered to both the Respondents on 24th August, 2015 respectively, but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 19868 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 24th September, 2015 was issued to the sole Respondent through Speed Post on 20th August, 2015. Tracking Report of the Postal Department shows that the show cause notice has been delivered to sole Respondent on 24th August, 2015 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 19375, 19379, 19378, 19380, 19320, 19376, 19373 OF 2015

It is submited that the Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed spare copies of the SLPs. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents in these matters.

SLP (C) NOS. 20626, 20627, 20628, 20630 AND 20631 OF 2015

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice through speed post. Tag with SLP (C) No. 19370 of 2015".

SLP (C) NOS. 20626 OF 2015

Accordingly, Show Cause Notice was issued only on 14th September, 2015 to both the respondents through speed post. Service of notice is awaited.

SLP (C) NOS. 20627, 20628, 20630 AND 20631 OF 2015

It is submited that the Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed spare copies of the SLPs. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents in these matters.

SLP (C) NOS. 23326, 20109, 20370, 20442, 23328, 23329, 23331, 23334, 23391, 23393, 23394, 23396, 23398 AND 23399 OF 2015

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice through Speed Post. Tag with SLP (C) No. 19370 of 2015".

SLP (C) NOS. 23326, 20109, 20442, 23328, 23329, 23331, 23334, 23391, 23393, 23394, 23396, 23398 AND 23399 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the Respondents in these matters through Speed Post only on on 10th/11th September 2015. Service of notice is awaited.

SLP (C) NO. 20370 OF 2015

It is submitted that Show Cause Notice could not be issued to both the Respondents as the Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed spare copies of SLP.

SLP (C) NOS. 23294, 23295, 23296, 23297, 23299, 23301 AND 23303 OF 2015

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th August, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice through Speed post. Tag with SLP (C) CC 13179 of 2015. The petitioners shall place on record a complete paper book containing counter affidavit and rejoinder affidavit filed before the High Court."

SLP (C) NO. 23294 OF 2015

There are four respondents. Show Cause Notice was issued on 7th September, 2015 by speed post to all the four respondents. Tracking report of postal authorities shows that the notice has been delivered on all the four repsondents on 8th,10th, and 11th September, 2015 respectively but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearence on behalf of the Respondents so far. A copy of notice was also sent to M/s. Corporate Law Group, Advocates but they have not filed Vakalatnama/Appearence on behalf of the Respondents.

SLP (C) NOS. 23295 OF 2015

There are two respondents. M/s Khaitan & Co., Advocates have already filed Caveat/Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.1. Show cause notice was issued to Respondent No.2 through Speed Post on 7th September, 2015 and the notice has been delivered on the said Respondent on 8th September, 2015 as per Tracking Report of the Postal Department but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on tbehalf of the said respondent so far.

SLP (C) NO. 23296 AND 23297 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the Respondents in these matters through Speed Post only on 7th September 2015. Notice has been delivered on 8 th , 10th and 14th September, 2015 respectively as per Tracking Report of the Postal Department but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on tbehalf of the said respondents so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 23301 OF 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the Respondents in these matters through Speed Post only on 10th September 2015. Service of notice is awaited.

SLP (C) NO. 23299 AND 23303 OF 2015

It is submited that the Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed spare copies of the SLPs. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents in these matters.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed complete paper book containing counter affidavit and rejoinder affidavit filed before the High Court as directed so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 19228 OF 2015

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

Issue notice by Speed Post. Tag with SLP (C) No. 19320 of 2015".

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole Respondent through Speed Post on 6th August, 2015. Tracking Report of the Postal Department is not reflecting the delivery report.

SLP (C) NO. 21406 OF 2015

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice through Speed post. Tag with SLP (C) CC 13179 of 2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 24th September, 2015 was issued to both the Respondents through Speed Post on 14th August, 2015. Tracking Report of the Postal Department shows that the show cause notice has been delivered to both the Respondents on 27th August, 2015 and 19th August, 2015, respectively but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

SLP (C) NO. 23251 OF 2015

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th August, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay Condoned. Issue Notice through Speed Post. Tag with SLP (C) 19370 of 2015."

Accordingly, Show Cause Notice was issued on 7th September, 2015 by speed post to both the respondents. Tracking report shows that the notice has been delivered to both the respondents on 8th and 11th September, 2015, but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearence on behalf of both the respondents so far.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report. Dated this the 22nd Day of Septembert, 2015.
