The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 20th November, 2014 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 230 & 2138 of 2009, 724 of 2014 and 3376 of 2009 and Final Order dated 30th March, 2015 in W.P. (C) No. 1427 of 2015, respectively. There is a delay of 138, 146, 138, 155 days in filing the SLP (C) Nos. 14375, 14522, 14529 and 14593 of 2015, respectively.

It is submitted that Special leave Petition (Civil) No. 19320 of 2015 @ SLP (C) CC No. 12492 of 2015 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with SLP (C) Nos. 28194-28201 of 2010 and the same are pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 8th July, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 28194-28201 of 2010 @ SLP (C) Nos. 12392-12399 of 2010 arising out of similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th September, 2010 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same are pending for hearing and the same are further tagged with SLP (C) No. 21583 of 2015 which is pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 10th September, 2010 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC Nos. 14522, 14529 & 14593 of 2015 and SLP (C) No. 22568 of 2015 have been tagged with SLP C) CC No. 14375 of 2015 as all are arising out of common order/relied upon judgment by High Court.
