It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for exemption from paying deficit Court Fee in SLP ( C ) No. 19376 and 26295 of 2015 and the applications are defective for the reasons that the counsel has not mentioned the amount of Court Fee to be paid in the instant Special Leave Petitions and the Counsel for the petitioner has not cured the defects despite requests so far.

It is submitted that Service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of appeal is complete on sole respondent as sole respondent in these appeals is represented through Mr. Rajan Narain, Advocate.

Civil Appeal Nos. 2345 and 2346 of 2017

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03rd February 2017 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:
