"Mr. K. Radhakrishnan, learned senior counsel appearing for the Union of India, submits that he is in

some difficulty to argue the matter today, but he will positively commence the argument on 26th July, 2016 at 2.00 p.m.

It is hereby made clear that no adjournment shall be granted on that day. The parties shall file written notes/submissions before that day. The time schedule fixed earlier shall be adhered to."

It is submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed written notes/submissions pursuant to Hon'ble Court's Order dated 20th July, 2016.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shardul S. Shroff, Advocate has on 26th March, 2014 filed an application for intervention on behalf of M/s Dhrampal Satyapal Ltd. to intervene in S.L.P.(C) No. 36926 of 2012 and the said application has been registered as I.A. No. 3 of 2014.

It is again submitted that Mr. Shardul S. Shroff, Advocate has on 23rd July, 2016 filed an application for placing judgment dated 25th May, 2016 in S.L.P.(C) No. 36926 of 2012. The application has been registered as I.A. No. 5 and is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
