The matters above mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 26th March, 2014, with this office report when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

It is submitted that M/s. Suresh A Shroff & Co., Advocates have on 26th March, 2014 filed an applications for intervention and praying therein that permit the applicant i.e. M/s Dhrampal Satyapal Ltd. as an intervener in SLP No. 1548115489 of 2011 and SLP No. 36926 of 2012. The said applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 1220 and 3 respectively. Mr. Pawanshree Aggarwal, Advocate has on 1st April, 2015 and 4th April, 2015 filed ten applications for intervention praying therein that permit the applicants i.e. 1) Narbada steels Ltd. 2) VMCO Alloys 3) Gravita Metals Inc. 4) PB Metals 5) Ravi Crop Science 6) Hall Mark 7) Kashmir Steel Rolling Mills 8) Bharat Udyog 9) Jammu Pigments 10) Berger Paints as intervener in the SLP Nos. 2819428201 of 2010. The said applications have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 22108. The Paper books of the said applications are placed with SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate has on 31st March, 2014 filed an application for bringing additional documents on record along with additional documents(Volume IA, Volume IB, VolumeII and VolumeIII) in SLP NO. 36926 of 2012. The said application has been registered as I.A. No. 4 and paper books of the said I.A. along with additional documents is placed with SLP paper books.

It is submitted that application for stay in the said matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th December, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard.

Pending further orders, we direct that subject to the petitioners releasing 50% of the amount due to the respondent in terms of the impugned judgment on the respondents' furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional commissioner, the operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed.

We further direct that contempt proceedings initiated against the petitioners shall subject to their releasing 50% of the amount as stated above remain stayed.

The needul shall be done within four weeks from today. I.A. No. 3 of 2015 is accordingly allowed and disposed of."

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed proof of releasing 50% of the amount due to the respondents as directed by the Hon'ble Court so far.
