UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The wounds inflicted on the victim, it is a wonder itself that he has survived! The only plea advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the other accused have been granted bail and there are more than one gun shot injury and there is nothing to come to a conclusion that the petitioner alone fired the pistol. He has also referred to the

charge sheet and prima facie, it seems very sketchy and shoddy.

Issue notice returnable in four weeks.
