Having heard Mr.Dushyant Parashar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences MIMS) and Mr.Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Union of India, we are of the view that

the time deserves to be extended. It is accordingly extended by a further period of twelve weeks. I.A.No.123233/2018 is accordingly allowed.

Let the matter be listed along with M.A.No.431/2017 in W.P.(C)No.906/2014.

In the meantime, we expect that the Union of India and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) shall comply with the directions issued by this Court earlier.
