UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) Nos. 15232-15257/2019

Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks, as a last chance, file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the deceased Respondent No. 75.

Filing of spare copies is exempted in respect of Respondent Nos. 295, 392, 393, 394 and 432. Registry to issue fresh notice. Dasti, in addition is permitted.

Service is complete in respect of other respondents. Appearing Respondents, who have not filed the Counter Affidavit so far, shall file the same within a period of four weeks.

List again on 27.03.2020.

Respondent No. 1 is granted four weeks' time, to file the counter affidavit.
