It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 8162 of 2014 entitled "Summer India Textile Mills P. Ltd. versus S.B.I" referred to on listing proforma filed by the Petitioner herein was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th March, 2014, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 25th March, 2014 is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 10319 of 2014 entitled "Summer India Textile Mills P. Ltd. versus State Bank of Patiala" was also filed by the Petitioner was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th April, 2014, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 17th April, 2014 is circulated herewith.
