It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18.05.2015 and 06.07.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition (C) No. 3332/2012 and C.M. No. 11631 of 2012 and C.M. No. 11399 of 2015 in Writ Petition (C) No. 3332/2012.

It is further submitted that as per para 1A at page No. 41 of SLP, against the impugned order the Letters Patent appeal is maintainable however no LPA lies against dismissal of application under Section-8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and as the writ petition has been allowed and section-8 application dismissed by a common order. Hence the petitioner is left with no other remedy but to approach this Hon'ble Court by filing the present Special Leave Petition. It is further submitted that inadvertently C.M. No. 11631 of 2012 has not been mentioned in the impugned common order dated 18.5.2015 by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and the said C.M. No. 11631 of 2012 is mentioned in the another impugned order dated 6.7.2015 in C.M. No. 11399 of 2015 in W.P. (Civil) No. 3332 of 2012.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report. DATED THIS THE 29th DAY OF JULY, 2015.
