The matter above mentioned has been filed on 14th July, 2014 against the Impugned final Judgment and final order dated 6th December, 2013 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Contempt Petition No. 2648 of 2013 and the same is barred by time by 129 days and the same was defective. After curing the defects the Counsel has refiled the Special Leave Petition which is barred by time by 80 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 17827 of 2001 @ Special Leave Petition(C)CC...No. 5703 of 2001 referred to on page 'E' of list of dates was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th September, 2001, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 7th September, 2001 is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. Debasis Misra, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 24th November, 2014 filed a letter stating therein that order dated 15th September, 1995 is not available in view of letter of undertaking dated 30th October, 2014. Copy of the letter dated 24th November, 2014 is circulated herewith.

The matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
