It is reported that the parties have settled the dispute between the Supreme Court Mediation Centre and a Settlement Agreement dated 12.11.2022 has been entered into between the parties, a copy of which is sent to this Court by the Supreme Court Mediation Centre which is directed to be taken on record.

Both the parties are directed to act as per the Settlement Agreement dated 12.11.2022.

In view of the Settlement Agreement, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Transfer Petition.

The Transfer Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above directions.
