Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar ,Adv UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The liability admitted by BSYL from 1st January, 2014 to 8th May, 2014 is Rs.40.35 crores. BSYL should make the payment including any current dues on or before 31st May, 2014. 1 Contempt Petn.(C) No.141 of 2014 in I.A. No.4 in WP(C) No.328/99 The liability admitted by BRPL from 1st January, 2014 to 8th May, 2014 is said to be nil. However, the current dues as they arise will also be paid by BRPL from time to time. With regard to the outstanding dues from 20.10.2011 (or earlier) to 31.12.2013 we are of the opinion that all the parties should sit down and arrive at a some kind of negotiated settlement. An opportunity was given for this purpose as far back as on 24th February, 2014 but no progress seems to have been made with regard to the settlement. We would urge the parties once again to sit down and try to arrive a settlement with regard to the liability from 20th October, 2011 (or earlier) to 31st December, 2013.

List this matter along with Civil Appeal No.884 of 2010. List on 3rd July, 2014. Counter affidavit may be filed positively before the next date of hearing.
