It is submitted that Interlocutory Application No. 1 (application for directions) in the contempt petitions above-metioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following orders:
"List the matters in the first week of July, 2016.
We make it clear that till further orders, the alleged contemnors-respondents shall pay 70 per cent of the current dues."
It is further submitted that the applications in the contempt petitions above-metioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court from time to time and was lastly listed on 17.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following orders:
"List the applications on 8th November, 2016."
It is submitted that following contempt petitions have been filed in the interlocutory applications above-mentioned, for alleged disobedience/violation of order dated 12.05.2016:

It is further submitted that Mr. Gopal K. Saxena, Director, BRPL & BYPL, who was not a party in C.P.(C) Nos. 59, 60, 83 & 84 of 2015, has been arrayed as an alleged contemnor in the instant contempt petitions. Further, Mr. Arvinder Singh Gujral, CEO, BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., was arrayed as an alleged contemnor in C.P.(C) Nos. 83 & 84 of 2015, whereas Mr. Amal Sinha, CEO, BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., has been arrayed as alleged contemnor in C.P.(C) Nos. 822 & 826 of 2016. ..3/-

It is further submitted that the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"To be notified before the Bench presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.K. Agrawal, as soon as possible, preferably on 11th November, 2016."
It is lastly submitted that the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court from time-to-time and was lastly listed on 10.01.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"List the matters on 31st January,2017."
The applications and contempt petitions in the writ petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
