The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 3 rd June, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh in WP No. 15491 of 2015.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 111 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 34088 of 2015 (Main matter SLP(C) No. 12398 of 2014) arising out of common relied upon judgment is pending as the matter was listed on 14th December, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to order "Issue Notice & Stay" (A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 14th December, 2015 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court). The main matter i.e. SLP(C) No. 12398 of 2014 is now updated for listing on 22nd February, 2016.
