It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.12.2014, 25.11.2014, 03.11.2014, 15.12.2014, 19.01.2015 and 13.11.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 5984, 3083, 5983, 7681, 6958 of 2014 and 2299 of 2002 respectively alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 15, 24, 45, 39, 5 and 80 days respectively) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) alongwith application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 8467/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.03.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 16.03.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of similar issue.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 05.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"As a last chance, two weeks' further time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to file proof of caveat."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 15.10.2015 filed caveat proof.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
