UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Registry has to verify the record though name of the learned Advocate-on-Record, Mr. P.A. Noor Muhamed is disclosed in the Cause List, their vakalatnama could not be found on record. It is the say of the learned Advocate-on-Record, Mr.P.A. Noor Muhamed that he is appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. On verification, it is found that respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 are family members and residing in the same house. Learned counsel is requested to verify from his client that whether they are going to appear for respondent No.1 also or not. Item No.78 -2-

Learned counsel for the petitioner has to provide additional copies for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 to him against proper acknowledgment which is to be filed on record to avoid issuance of further notice. Petitioner has to confirm service upon respondent No.4 by dasti mode, considering the fact that respondent No.4 seems to be sister of the present petitioner and they were co-litigants in the initial litigation.
