The matters abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th August, 2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Admit. The applications for permission to place additional documents on record are allowed. Tag with Civil Appeal Nos. 5434 of 2007 and 5843 of 2007."

It is submitted that there are Twenty respondents in the matter. Respondent nos. 1 & 2 are represented through Mr. Nikhil Nayyar and Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocates respectively. Certificates of service in respect of respondent Nos. 35, 710, 1320 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Certificate of service in respect of respondent Nos. 6,11 and 12 is still awaited from the concerned Appellate Tribunal.

The Service of Notice of Logdement of Petition of Appeal in respect of respondent Nos. 6,11 and 12 is not complete in the matter.

It is further submitted that Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocate for respondent No. 2 has filed counter affidavit.

Civil Appeal Nos. 6258 and 6260 of 2012

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Registrar Court on 18th July, 2016, when the following order was passed:

"C.A. No. 6258/2012

The office report is that the certificate of service of notice in respect of the respondent Nos. 5,11 and 13 has not been received as yet from the concerned Tribunal. A reminder shall be issued.

C.A. No. 6260/2012

The office report is that the certificate of service of notice in respect of the respondent Nos. 6,7,9,1113,17,20 and 25 has not been received as yet from the concerned Tribunal. A reminder shall be issued. List the matter again on 29.08.2016."

Civil Appeal No. 6258/2012

It is submitted that registry's reminder dated 21.07.2016 has been issued to the Tribunal and a letter dated 28.07.2016 has been received from the concerned Tribunal stating therein that "as soon as communication about service on the Respondents is received, immediately certificate of service in respect of respondent Nos. 5,11 and 13 will be forwarded".

Service of Notice of Logdement of Petition of Appeal is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 5,11 and 13 in the matter. Civil Appeal No. 6260/2012

It is submitted that certificates of service in respect of respondent No. 25 has been received from the concerned Tribunal but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that registry's reminder dated 21.07.2016 has been issued to the Tribunal and a letter dated 28.07.2016 has been received from the concerned Tribunal stating therein that "as soon as communication about service on the Respondents is received, immediately certificate of service in respect of respondent Nos. 6,7,9,1113,17 and 20 will be forwarded".

Service of Notice of Logdement of Petition of Appeal is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 6,7,9,1113,17 and 20 in the matter.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
