The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th January, 2008 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

It is submitted that there are 13 common respondents in Civil Appeal Nos. 841, 842, 844 & 845 of 2008 and 3 respondents in Civil Appeal No. 843 of 2008. Respondent No. 1 in all the Appeals is represented through Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocate and Respondent No. 6 in Civil Appeal Nos. 841, 842, 844 and 845 of 2008 and respondent No. 3 in Civil Appeal No. 843 of 2008 is represented through Mr. Alok Gupta, Advocate.
Service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal is complete upon all the respondents in all the appeals but no one has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5, 7 to 13 in Civil Appeal Nos. 841,842, 844 and 845 of 2008 and respondent No. 2 in Civil Appeal No. 843 of 2008.
It is further submitted that Mr. Pradeep Misra, Counsel for Appellant and Mr. K.V. Mohan, Counsel for Respondent No. 1 in all the appeals have filed their respective statement of case but Mr. Alok Gupta, Counsel for respondent No. 6 in Civil Appeal Nos. 841,
842, 844 & 845 of 2008 and respondent No. 3 in Civil Appeal No. 843 of 2008 has not filed statement of case so far in all the matters above-mentioned.
It is further submitted that Original Record has been returned vide Registry's Circular dated 03.12.2014.
The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court for Pre-Final hearing with this Office Report.
