It is submitted that accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent in all the above-mentioned matters through registered AD post. Mr. Prashant Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of sole respondent but counter affidavit has not been filed so far.

Service is complete in all the above-mentioned matters.

SLP (C) NO. 35001/2016

It is submitted that accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents. Mr. Prashant Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. As per track report shows that "Item Delivered" at New Delhi, GPO in respect of respondent No. 2 and "Item Delivered" at Bikaner, H.O. in respect of respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent No. 2 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 2.

It is submitted that accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents. Mr. Prashant Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. As per track report shows that "Item Delivered" at New Delhi, GPO in respect of respondent No. 2.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 2.

It is submitted that pursuant Court's Order dated 07.11.2016, show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents. Mr. Prashant Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. As per track report shows that "Item Delivered" at New Delhi, GPO in respect of respondent No. 2 and "Item Delivered" at Bikaner, H.O. in respect of respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent No. 2 so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 37709/2016

It is submitted that pursuant Court's Order dated 16.12.2016, show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents. Mr. Prashant Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. As per track report shows that "Item Delivered" at Rajasthan Secretariat in respect of respondent No. 2 and AD card duly signed has been received in respect of respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far.

Service is complete.
