However, Mr. Rajiv Nanda, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5, 7 and 48. He seeks and is given one week's time to file vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for the petitioners is directed to serve the copy of the pleadings to the said respondents within a period of one week after filing of the vakalatnama.
