UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Mr. Hasan Anzar, learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that an opportunity may be given to the parties to have their matrimonial disputes resolved through the process of mediation. He submits that the respondent shall meet the petitioner's travelling and other incidental expenses for coming to Delhi from West Bengal. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.
Having regard to above, we refer the matter to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties shall appear before the Co-ordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre on March 22, 2013 at 2 P.M. The Co-ordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre shall send his report within two months of the appearance of the parties.
List the matter thereafter. The above order is conditional upon the respondent paying a sum of Rs. 20,000/- to the petitioner by way of banker cheque/demand draft/pay order so as to reach her at her residential address set-out in the Transfer Petition on or before March 8, 2013.
