UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
There is an inordinate delay of 796 days in filing the instant petition. Sufficient cause has not been shown to condone the delay. The criminal miscellaneous petition for condonation of delay is accordingly rejected.
Even on merits, we find no justification whatsoever to interfere with the impugned order, in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
The special leave petition is dismissed both on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
