Notice returnable within six weeks was ordered to be issued by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 17.8.2016 and direction was also given to list the matter in the first week of October, 2016 but spare copies have not been filed for issuance of notices to Union of India, Medical Council of India and all the State Governments represented through Health Secretary. Last opportunity is granted for the said purpose within one week's time. Registry to issue notice immediately thereafter and process the matter for listing in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 17.8.2016.
