- Delay condoned. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned judgment of the High Court dated 07.07.2015 has already been set aside by this Court in C.A.No.6993/2024 @ SLP(C)No.8769/2016, which was filed by the Delhi Development Authority, vide judgment dated 17.05.2024.
3. In this view of the matter, the instant Special Leave Petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of as such.
4. As a result, the pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
