  • 1 In view of the attending facts and circumstances, the petitioner is exempted from furnishing the exact age of the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos 1, 2, 4 and 5.
  • 2 The applications for bringing on record the legal representatives of the respondent Nos 1, 2, 4 and 5 stand allowed.
  • 3 Amended memo of parties be filed within a period of four weeks.
  • 4 Despite the opportunities afforded, the petitioner has not taken steps for effecting service upon respondent No 14 in SLP (C) No 15391/2021 and respondent No 9 in SLP (C) No 15392/2021.
  • 5 As prayed for, three weeks time is granted subject to do the needful, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution qua the above respondents. This shall be subject to payment of cost of Rs 5,000/- to be deposited with the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Registry to ensure that copy of this order is electronically transmitted to the office of Chief Secretary, Government of Himachal Pradesh. Proof of deposit be filed in the Registry within a period of three weeks.
