CIVIL APPEAL NO. 4443 OF 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th May, 2015 when the following order was passed:

"Leave granted.

Tag with Civil Appeal No. 7004 of 2013.

No coercive action shall be taken to recover the amount referred to in the impugned order."
