In the meanwhile, possession of the property allotted to the appellants out of the land described in Annexure A-1 shall not be disturbed subject to condition that the appellants shall also ensure that the status of the land is maintained as it is which means that the appellants will not cut any trees or damage any trees on the land and will maintain the land as it is.

Liberty is granted to serve the standing counsel for the respondent-State of Goa, in addition.
