"The Learned counsel for the respondent No.16 seeks and is given four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos. 1 to 15 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the appellant within a period of three weeks.Dasti in addition is permitted to be served. List again on 15.1.2015."

Mr. Saurabh Mishra and Mr. Tushar Bakshi, advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 and 13 but have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Counsel for the appellant has on 03012015 filed affidavit of service after effecting service on respondent no. 2 to 15 but no one has entered apperance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 12, 14 and 15. Service is complete.
