Respondent No. 16 has already filed the counter affidavit as gets revealed from the perusal of the office report. Respondent Nos. 1, 8 and 13 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Respondent No.11 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Service of notice is complete on the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
