It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. S. N. Bhat, Advocate on 10.07.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 19.03.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No. 1222 of 2011(O&M) along with the application for exemption from filing official translation.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 12626 of 2006 Entitled MD, Bangalore Metropolitan T.Corporation Versus M. L. Achar between same parties, referred to page 'O' of list of dates was disposed of on 09.10.2007 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Altamas Kabir and Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. S. Sirpurkar (Copy of order dated 09.10.2007 is annexed as Annexure P-13 at page nos. 94-97).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 21.08.2014 filed additional documents with applications for exemption for filing official translation of additional document serial nos. 10, 11, 15, 18, 24, 37-49 as (Vol-2), with the permission of the Hon'ble Court. Counsel has not filed application for permission to additional documents. Copies of the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
