Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners points out that in these cases there is no recovery of what has been paid. He would further submit that the financial stakes involved is such that per person the amount would be in the region of Rs. 20 to 25 lakhs.

Issue notice.

Petitioners to take out notice by dasti service as well on the respondents.

There will be stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and final order passed by the High Court till the next date of hearing.
