UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner in the Contempt Petition and the alleged contemnor, who appears in person, and having considered the affidavit filed by the alleged contemnor, we adjourn the case to 27th February, 2012 to consider the question of framing charges against the respondent. In the meanwhile, it is open to the petitioner to move the Executing Court for giving delivery of the property in question to the decree-holder with police aid, if necessary. If such an application is filed by the petitioner decree-holder,

appropriate orders shall be passed by the Executing Court in accordance with law at the earliest.
