Civil Special Appeal(Writ) No. 1453/2012 and D.B. Civil Review Petition No. 153 of 2013 in D.B. Civil Special (Writ) No. 1629 of 2012.

It is submitted that the Petitions filed against the Judgment and order dated 20.02.2013 are barred by time by 1138 days and the Petitions filed against the Judgment and order dated 30.05.2016 are within time.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(Civil) Nos. 1110711119/2013 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.03.2013, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same as withdrawn. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 15.03.2013 has already been included in the paper books as Annexure P13 at Page Nos. 148150.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble court with this office report.
