It is submitted that notice was issued to all the four respondents returnable for 05.10.15 through registered A.D. Mr. Shiv Kr. Suri, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover have been received back in respect of respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4. Service is incomplete in the matter.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 28.08.2015 filed application for directions and the same is registered as I.A. no. 3 of 2015. (Copies are circulated herewith)

The matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 01.09.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List this matter on 07th September, 2015 alongwith Application for Direction."
